James and Becca love living in Ashton, which after 11 years is definitely feeling like home and now all 3 children are developing decidedly northern accents! They’ve been at St. Andrew’s since 2011 and are so excited by all that God is doing to grow the church family. James loves all sports, playing or watching, although these days it’s most often watching the children.   Jonny is a true northerner though born and bred on the other side of the Pennines in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Jesus broke into his life when he was 18 in his first year of studying Physics at university. More recently he spent 4 years training for Church of England ministry at Oak Hill College London. He enjoys a good brew, rock climbing, and exotic board games. After 13 years exile in the South he's delighted to live in Preston with friendly people and proper sounding vowels. He's married to Katrina and they have their hands full with Joshua, George, and Abigail.

Franco Ewbank

Dave is married to Jess and has two children, Pippa and Toby. Originally from a small village in the Brecon Beacons, he moved to Preston in 2010 and works locally as an engineer. Although he grew up in a Christian home, it wasn't until he was 18 that he realised he needed Jesus as his saviour and was baptised in a freezing Welsh river! He loves being part of the St Andrew's church family, and seeing people grow in their love of Jesus. Outside of church, Dave enjoys walking and climbing, good food, fine ales and (like every good Welshman) he lives and dies with the Welsh rugby team!   Franco is married to Kirsty. They have been members of the St Andrew’s church family since moving North in 2012 and now have two girls, Anna and Caitlin. It was whilst at University that the faith Franco grew up with became his own by God’s grace - a summer spent serving on a kids’ camp and going on holiday with other Christian students was significant in this. Franco works as a vet in Kirkham and is very happy to talk about this, the joy of knowing Jesus, and anything else for that matter, until the cows come home.
